I absolutely love this place! I’m becoming a regular and at this point, the lady who’s in charge (assuming?) just. Knows what I want haha. She’s also super sweet and the others are aswell. I can tell she’s hardworking and wants to amend any previous mistakes she’s made with orders. She’s been lovely to my friends aswell. I’m not sure of her name or if she is the owner (though I think she’s at least the main manager) but. Yeah. The food is also really good!! And the atmosphere is lovely too. 5/5 for all of the above 🙂

Absolutely delightful. My family had the single smash burger and the deluxe smash burger, the food was fantastic and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Me and my dad were waiting to try the ice creams there but there was this lady that was so rude and had a horrible mood i don’t know if she was high or didn’t like our race but when I order she sighed and made multiple rude noises. I really like the ice creams but not the was service was towards us customers. I hope they can improve in their services.

Right after this place opened I got what was supposed to be a loaded baked potato and got a pitiful tiny potato with hardly anything on it. Paid ten for it and was extremely upset. I could have gone ten more minutes to Haleyville and spent the exact same amount on a loaded BBQ baked potato that is literally three times the size of the one from this place. I can eat on those for two days. I have never been back there and have heard several complaints about the prices and small portions. I've even heard of half cooked food being returned. Definitely not worth the money. I thought it would be but it's really not.

I went their twice and the first time was when they burnt all my fries the second time there was hair in food. After that I never went back.. they also don’t have good customer service and are very rude.

Went here i think a month ago. Nice food. It was almost 20$ I think for just me and my sister tho. The worker guy seemed like he didn't wanna be there (that's understandable) besides that the staff was nice. The place wasn't busy at all, just me and my sis. The homecut fries kinda looked like seaweed. Chicken is your average chicken you'd get. Will definitely try the burgers next time I go they look really good in the photos!
2/13/24 update. Got take out from here. They gave me A LOT of fries and some looked a bit cooked for toolong, they weren't burnt but were probably put in the fryer for too long. The hamburger was good. Felt extremely full after eating. Hamburger looked like it was squashed down tho.
