I can honestly say that Jeff is one of, if not thee most loyal, honest, hard working people I know. I am a small business owner just starting out. I tried to work with 5 star and really liked the owner Jeff. Unfortunately, some of his employees and I butted heads over a poor customer service experience, and then they just stopped returning my calls and emails, never having sent the work quote. Our order with 5 Star was going to be very small. My business is still, small but our order sizes are much larger now. However the unfortunate episode with 5 star set us back a few weeks in our infancy and was difficult to work around. Our company felt disrespected and overlooked.
