Wow, this cheese is so good! It's so fresh and I love the way it tastes! The retail is not really a store. You go to the office and order and then they go to the back to see if they have it in stock. But the gals in the office were so knowledgeable and gave me wonderful advice on which cheeses to try. I will definitely go back again!

Make sure your purveyor is packing the cheese at correct temperature. Di Stefano himself called me to make things right hat's off to them for backing up they're product.

Terrible, there is absolutely zero flavor. I bought an 8 oz thing of them an they have zero flavor. This is the first and last Time I buy anything from this brand! The cheese tastes like cold water at best. It’s gross and I feel bad saying that but It’s terrible
