For a small grocery store, this place should be busier & supported more. Staff is always helpful and kind, the hot food items are delicious & fresh. Prices are high everywhere, so at least that painful aspect is offset by the cleanliness of the facilities, professional staff, and quality of items. Thanks!

The last thing you do is disrespect someone mother, especially right in front of their son’s face! I had a troubling experience at this location on 10/16/24 around 5 PM. The heavier-set African American cashier was incredibly rude, speaking and looking at my mother in a disrespectful manner. It's disheartening to see that so many reviews mention poor service, and this encounter certainly confirms that.

Given the already high prices, customer service should be a priority, yet this cashier made us feel unwelcome. My mother is kind and deserves to be treated with respect. I can't help but think of others who might not speak up or stand their ground in similar situations.

I told that cashier, I don’t appreciate the way you’re treating my mother, gave her the middle finger and left. Management should seriously consider addressing this cashier; it's unacceptable and she obviously doesn’t care about her job.

The groceries here are pretty good and decent. We do most of our last minute shopping here. The prices are kinda high but it’s the closest grocery store. They close early by 8pm which is a bit of an inconvenience. Our most recent delicious purchase was this dessert and boy ole boy was it good. Cheesecake Factory y’all got competition!!!!

The prices are ridiculous. Almost $5 for a gallon of milk. Everything is very over priced. Clerks do not care about the customers. They act like they hate their jobs. They do not greet you and or acknowledge you when you say hello. But also if you look at what they are hiring what else do you expect. Cashier #16 is the only thing I have on my receipt to identify the clerk. She does not deserve to be a cashier or even have a job. I dont see this company staying in phenix city much longer because of the prices. Everytime I come there their parking lot is almost empty anyways. The only reason why I come anyways is because I get sushi. If I knew somewhere else I could get it I would.

This was our first time shopping here since moving to Columbus and boy were we impressed by the cleanliness , prices and the wonderful customer service! We will definitely be shopping here again.

Bought a couple of pounds of hamburger. Had a sell by date on it of 8/11/2024. Today is that day. Bought it 2 days ago. Took it out to use it and it was brown and turned bad. The smell was awful. What really sucks about it is I am on a very limited food budget and that would of made 4 meals for me. It will take to much time and effort to return it. I will never shop for meat there again. It wad my first time in the store.

Won't be bothering to come back. Not only have they increased their prices above everyone else, but their cashiers don't care at all about the customer, literally today the cashier was so busy hitting on the bagger that they were delaying my check out.
It was actually so bad that a lot of things were double the price that comes out of Walmart of all things.

Simple cat food and yogurt over a dollar higher, sad.

Finally stopped in this place coming back from Florida. I really liked the diversity of products you could find here. Will definitely return. The store is very large and we didn't have time to explore but about half of it 'cause they were closing.
