Couldn’t be happier with this service. Ordered 100ft of Bev Seal Ultra and some tail pieces on Thursday night. From Canada. Order was shipped on Friday and they chose a cheaper shipping option than I had selected and refunded the difference because they knew it was a better value for me with the same or quicker delivery time. Monday morning the shipment arrived at my front door. I will be buying from this company again. I am utterly amazed at the timing of this. Before going with The Chi Company I had a horrible experience with MicroMatic. The product they sold was terrible quality and a waste of my time and money. Their shipping cost me 3 times as much and took over a week to make it to my door. The follow up service from there was shockingly bad. Basically blaming me for their inferior product.

I've ordered from Chi a few times. My last order was 22 days ago. I called a while back to inquire on the status, their website said they'd be gone a couple days when I submitted my order. I reached someone who apologized and promised to send it out immediately. Now they haven't answered phone messages or emails all week. Using Foxx now, cheaper and on-the-ball service.

Placed an order on June 10th, spoke with the company last Thursday & said “product just arrived & shipping tomorrow. That was June 22nd. Item finally shipped June 27th. It took 17 days to ship items that show they are in stock. I would have ordered directly from China if I knew it took this long. If you are working on a business project don’t order from this company unless you have all the time in the world & sales don’t matter, go right ahead as they have fair prices. Only reason I gave 2 stars.

I have been on their website numerous times and some of the pages weren't loading. I sent an email letting them know about the glitch in their system and said I'd like to order some parts without recieving a response. Tried then to contact the store directly so I could order the parts. Finally giving up on them after 13 days of trying.

athis company is total fraud.
placed an order August 3rd , they sent me an email saying it shipped and its now 20 days later. I've sent emails and called numerous times and nithing, they dont even answer the phone.
stay away !!!!

Friendly and helpful owner. I needed a few supplies to make hard cider. He had the yeast, stoppers and bubblers I needed. He also has all the hardware someone would need to get a home brewery going, ez! I'll be back when I'm ready to build my setup.
