Well stocked Hispanic general store. They have a butcher shop in the back. You are able to buy different cuts for Hispanic meals. The customers are friendly. I wish staff would smile more and engage with customers.

This place is awesome! I tried their tamales yesterday. They are some of the best I've ever had! (I think they only have them Fri-Sun). Great selection of items! I plan to go back tomorrow for Cinco de mayo supplies!

I’ve been to Texas , Florida you name it but nothing comes close to this gem right here in Oxford, AL . We are the luckiest bunch to have the best authentic delicious Mexican favorites. I just think they will open up a restaurant soon enough. It’s that good .

Man, everything here is delicious!! Tamales, chicarones, barbacoa, all of the coconut and tamarind sweets, everything! My parents have retired to Mexico, and I think they only come back to visit me so they can get tamales from La Morenita. They say they're the best they've found, and I'm inclined to believe them. Can't wait to get some more!

Friendly staff! I enjoy coming here buying all the needs for my steak tacos on Tuesday. I love to order they steak tacos. They are delicious ?. You have to try them. I promise you will not regret it. Great Place to shop & eat at.

Best, most authentic, tacos AND tamales in town, hands down! The ripest avacados any day of the week along with rest of the produce being fresh. Those are what bring me in but there is so much more!
