LOVE THIS PLACE.
I mean... I don't enjoy doing laundry. But if you can make my task more enjoyable....let's do it.

Clean and highly functional machines.
Beautifully clean. Even a half cleaned chair out front.

Everyone, I mean, EVERYONE was super friendly.
I felt like I walked thru a warp in time/space. So friendly that it feels like an invisible barrier keeping all "Karen's" out".

Fast Free WiFi.
24/7 it's safe.
I mean, if I had something bad to say about this place...
"It's still laundry" is the worst thing ever.

When i had a problem with the machine taking my money, they cash app me the next day. But i understand some people cant wait til the next day.
Sometimes thats all we have to put in laundry.
I was grateful i had enough to finish my laundry that night.
Other then that my clothes always feel cleaner when i was them there.

Nice and neat facility. Best experience at a place like this by far; there were comfortable seats and tables as well as vending machines not to forget the little entertainment area for the little ones!

Prices listed on machine are not what you get charged!!! I used 9.00 washing machine that would not take quarters..debit card charged 15.00...no sign saying otherwise on this machine...won't make this my new wash place.

I went in there 2 weeks ago none of the Machines was working. None of them was taking coins half of them were completely shut off so I had to use my card on one. It took the $15 and I ended up not even using the machine and I still haven’t got it back that place is probably taken over $100 from me because when it does take out the $15 pre-pay, it never returns it back just about every time I go in there half of the machines are broken

First off my card was charged 15 dollars for a 12 dollar machine, 15 dollars for a 7 dollar machine, 15 dollars for a 3 dollar dryer and 15 dollars again for the second 3 dollar dryer. I was charged 65 dollars instead of the 25 dollars I would have spent if I used cash. There was no notification of this any where except the very small print explaining how to get a refund, next to the ATM machine which wouldn't work just like the change machine didn't either.meaning using my card was my only option. Also the place was fairly dirty with empty detergent bottles dryer sheets lint balls sox and full trash cans.i wouldnt go back there if I won the place in a raffle
