A classic American diner in a classic California beach town. Great breakfast options. I had the Huevos Rancheros and she had the Seafood Omelette. Both dishes were very good, but not great. Prices were reasonable, for the area. Cozy seating and traditional cafe charm, with very friendly service and minimal wait times for food. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially breakfast lovers. Get out and check it out!

Great little place awesome alternative to seafood restaurants and awesome alternative to D's Waiter never let my cup of coffee run dry. We had the grilled chicken fried steak and eggs everything was prepared perfectly.! This trip is for our honeymoon and we are extremely satisfied with breakfast.

The strawberry waffle and all American omelette were delicious! The waffle comes with 2 eggs and 2 bacon and it's more than enough food! You'll likely have left overs. So good. Enjoy the delicious food! We got there at 730 am and there was no line, the air was crisp, the coffee fresh and breakfast was served fast! 👌 A little secret I'm going to regret telling you is to sit outside! It makes your day heavenly! The weather was a comfortable 65 degrees with a sweater. The waiter was friendly and efficient. I actually really enjoyed this little breakfast restaurant! 😋 keep up the good work!

We walked from the Downtown Pismo area to Penny's to get some good breakfast on my birthday. They look a little busy but despite that, and the fact that only one waitress was helping the entire inside, our service was quick! The food was tasted amazing!

My wife and I found this gem during our recent trip to Pismo. Even though the location and building are small, the food is large in taste, quality and quantity. Penny's has indoor and outdoor seating. And while we would have opted to eat outside, it was raining pretty heavily at times and the outdoor tables were wet.

We visited Penny's for breakfast. I ordered "Dave's Mess Breakfast", which consisted of two eggs scrambled, home fries, ham, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese. All of this was smothered in Penny's tasty gravy. The dish also came with a side of bread and I opted for the biscuit. I also ordered a Mimosa. My wife ordered "Penny's Favorite Omelette", which included bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, cheddar cheese, and sides of salsa and sour cream. She ordered the hash browns as her side.

All in all, a fantastic breakfast and really good service. This is a busy restaurant, so be prepared to wait a little while. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. Highly recommended!!

Penny's All American Cafe is definitely a little hidden gem in Pismo Beach. They have such a wide variety of food options to choose from. You can get breakfast or lunch there. The seating can be a little tight and there is usually a wait list but they are very quick. They do offer indoor and outdoor seating. They can also accommodate large parties.

Their food was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend the Dave's Mess dish with a homemade biscuit for the side! So delicious! We will definitely be back.

Been coming here for years, the only place where my pup also likes to eat with us, outside of course. The food is always good and the service always has a smile. We feel welcome every time we are in. Everything that I have tried has always been great.
