Nice place and crew. Employees are very kind and helpful. Lots of farm related stuff, animal grooming and food, clothes, boots shirts and jackets, paint, hardware. Well stocked store.

Great selection of work boots & many sizes easily available. No pushy salespeople and convenient. Not to mention $25 bucks off shoes priced over $100 bucks. Cheaper than amazon! Why not shop local? I'll be back again! Thanks!

Service was ok but for the fact that the cashier expressed they thought vaccines changed DNA...which is physically impossible in Science. But that is not the important part. She asked Me if my personal private autoimmune disease status happened after vaccination...which is not how autoimmune diseases work. I have had this since I was in the womb. Because these conditions are genetic. I should not have felt compelled to defend myself while getting product. Also keep your personal ignorant clearly biased feelings out of my shopping experience and I won't have to share my disability online or in a store. I don't want to talk about my condition anymore than I want to hear how you feel about vaccines or Trump. K thx bye lol.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT - PATRICK.
We were going here for dog grooming and working with Gabby. She was amazing! We received a call that she was no longer with Wilco and I needed to reschedule my appointment that was 2 days away. They let me know that the new groomer could take her at 8am. We adjusted our schedules to work with the new time and date. 8:15 rolls around and the new groomer is no where to be found - already causing and issue with other commitments we had going on this morning. We go to speak to a manager - Patrick - and he calls the new groomer only to find out that oops he missed the bus so he won't be in until 930. Patrick is absolutely not helpful or accommodating at all in trying to rectify the situation. What.a disappointment - clearly they do not hold their employees accountable, follow up on scheduling to see if clients should be called, and the manager has no care in customer service.

UPDATE- got a comment on here to email them, but when I did I got NO response. So don’t be fooled by their pathetic attempt to show that they are proactive at trying to make things right. What a joke

Been here several times in past, unless they have a sale, some items are a bit more or same as other nurseries stires, their garden outside is bare, hardly any plants etc , lowes, home depot has more plants and cost o beginning their plant s also very reasonable and less expensive at Costco, parkjng and location is good at wilco, got a dog wash place there, staff is nice, it has pretty much everything else. I go to different places for their pricing etc...
