What an awesome guy and food!!! I was getting gas in Tuscaloosa about 12:30am on my way through from Texas. I spotted this truck getting gas. I just wanted to know if he had a card so when I come through again, I could check his food out. He was so kind and gave me some of the best shrimp I've tasted and a cup of jambalaya and homemade apple pies that melted in my mouth! It was seriously some of the best Cajun food I've had...and I've had a lot! I can't wait to visit again just to stop by his food truck!!! Thank you sir for your kindness, I'm enjoying every bite!!!?

The best crawfish I’ve ever had. The shrimp is my favorite and It’s awesome!!! The boudin balls are better than any around. The catfish is excellent. I don’t care for fish but this is delicious. Customer service is excellent. David and Kristy go above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel at home.

Had their fish tacos when they were in Birmingham outside of Bodega on 5th. Absolutely delicious!!!! Can't wait until they come back to Birmingham! Can't wait to try the gumbo when the weather gets colder
