We had a great experience tasting here for my Mom’s early birthday. Our server was incredibly kind and we felt very well taken care of. The wine was super yummy and we went home with 6 bottles.

They are also super dog friendly and my dog loved all of the attention she got from everyone. I definitely recommend stopping here on your wine tasting adventures!

This winery is always a treat to attend. It’s definitely kept charmed throughout the years and never disappoints when we visit. Hearing the woodpeckers off in the distance is always so much fun. Staff is very well trained and very friendly. Always a pleasure to visit.

Incredible views and vista of the vineyards! We had a great time with our sommelier Jennifer, and the staff so welcoming especially with our lil pug! Wine were all delicious especially their cab sav. We had a very nice time, hope to come again!

Wow what an amazing experience. We loved everything we tasted! Our tasting guide gave us excellent information about the wine and tasting notes in a laid back and approachable way. We tasted many more wines than just the 5 on the tasting menu and were welcomed to taste anything we were interested in. The cheese plate was plentiful and delicious!

Had a fantastic tasting experience at Austin Hope. Nicole was lovely and really took care of us.

Even though Austin Hope is a busy winery with lots of people tasting, the cabanas have an intimate feel with planters encircling the space making it quite private. Great design.

We liked everything we tasted--everything--and went home with a box of wine.

Also, at $25 per tasting, their fee feels really reasonable compared with some of the other high end wineries.

Oh, and they're dog friendly! They even gave our pup a dog treat.

One thing I wish they did differently is to serve all the wines you're tasting at once and in different glasses. I like to go back and forth between wines to see how they change over the course of the tasting and how they compare to each other.

We had a wine tasting with Travis, who is very knowledgeable about the history of Austin Hope winery and the wines they make. Austin Hope winery wines are flavorful with a pleasant after taste. If you're looking for a good winery in Paso Robles, add this to your stop.

After joining the wine club, this was our first trip to Austin Hope and it didn’t disappoint. The friendly staff welcomed us with a glass of rosé and showed us to our outside table as we had our dog with us. Our tasting was delicious and the staff was knowledgeable about the six wines we tasted, this is a must stop on your trip through Paso Robles.
