Beautiful winery 🍷. The food was Amazing. Our server Kristie was perfect. The Cave tour with Tim was Devine and so worth the time. Tom is a true Historian and knew all the history of this property and all the wines. Amazing experience and would highly recommend it.I almost forgot about all the wines that are the best wines on the Central coastal area !!!! 😀

We had the opportunity/honor to visit the California in JUN_FY2024 and it was an amazing experience, a great opportunity to learn more about wine history and legacy.

We did visit and plant tour at Halter Ranch Winery, and for sure it's a remarkable place with amazing scenic.

What a wonderful time we had at Halter Ranch! Hidden gem in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles!! We flew in, had lunch, rode the train, toured the Winery & Cave, and stayed the night in the Cottage. Highly recommended for a one-night or weekend getaway!

Everything was amazing! Check in (with our favorite, Tamara) was easy. Train tour was fantastic! Got to see sides of Halter we hadn’t seen before! Beautiful!! And of course the fab Rose’ we got to drink as we toured! Would highly recommend! We’ll do it again and bring friends!

Landed here in our C182. Stayed at the Pilot Cottage. Had an excellent lunch and cave tour after. Truly an amazing place. Will be back for sure.

We had a very enjoyable visit to Halter Ranch Winery. The restaurant wine tasting and lunch were excellent. The outside grounds were beautiful and the special attention given by a ranch management maintenance employee to showing us around and answering questions was phenomenal! This guy and his positive can do attitude alone would get my return business. We purchased 6 bottles of wine, ate lunch and had a magnificent time visiting the ranch.

If you haven’t visited Halter Ranch yet, be sure to put it on your list. The wines are very special and the vineyard is worth a visit. We had lunch and enjoyed viewing the hawks fly above from the floor to ceiling windows. And if you want a truly remarkable trip be sure to pre-book the Defender tour. Amazing!!

Flew in and stayed in one of the Pilot Cottages. Amazing staff! Margaret made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The grounds are amazing and the Cave Tour was extremely informative. I would highly recommend it………all while tasting delicious wine……..definitely a memorable trip!
