I swiped a functional debit card into one of their coffee machines at the Kaiser Roseville ER; rejected due to error. Round 2, I used a $5 bill to order a coffee...buzz, whirl, sputter...zero product dispensed. I assume $3 in change spit out to the change dispenser with an access door that is jammed because they only refunded me $2 via PayPal. Fully documented everything in their self-service app. I was ripped off $3.

I worked closely with PVS to get a vending machine setup and it was a very transparent and straight forward experience for my office. My staff even appreciated the ability to ask for healthier items which they can provide. What I appreciated most was the direct customer service and continued follow-up even after we are up and running. I recommend PVS highly!

Truly enjoy the fast and easy process to get an account set up here at our company. We have a 24 hour 365 day operation as an ambulance company and to have our staff stocked with snacks, coffee and anything they may need to make it through their shifts is amazing and hassle free. If he is not the one delivering, he makes sure the team member who is, is punctual. PVS has a great selection to choose from and anything we need last minute, Ron always does his best to accommodate. You won’t be disappointed.

After closing our account due to relocation in November 2020, our account rep has failed to return monies left on employee accounts and we are still awaiting refunds 5 months later. Unprofessional and dishonest company - do NOT consider using their services.
