My family and I have attempted to visit The Cozy Cow whenever we walk around downtown, but we always miss their open business hours. But not today! We walked in, (only because the open sign was on), and discovered that they closed in 8 minutes! They ladies were super friendly and graciously helped us and we’re so grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service! We had a custom banana split (cotton candy and peach ice cream), peach ice cream and buttered crunch ice cream. Each flavor was delicious and great quality! We will definitely be back when they’re open and operating so that we can get the full Cozy Cow experience!

First time in this cute little shop! Cozy Cow was the cutest place, great atmosphere! I got a large white chocolate hot coffee and my son got 2 scoops of the mint ice cream. I think the scoops were a little small, skimpy for two scoops, but he liked it. I love my coffee, drank it fast it was so good. Decent size. Paid $15 for both of those items.

I love coming here with my girls. The food is very good and affordable. Two hamburgers, a fountain drink, and a medium coffee is 25$. My girls love their ice cream and smoothies. This place is perfectly placed for our days in the park. Service is always great and workers are nice. It is a little crammed inside, that is the only con though.

Beware that if you go 10 minutes before closing you will get rude service and irritated facial expressions. The employees were already sweeping and chairs were up and everyone seemed to be cleaning up so I asked if they were closed before coming in. I didn’t get a direct answer so I asked again and they gave me a half answer that they were still serving some things. So I quickly ordered one scoop of ice cream. The girl serving the ice cream had one glove on and I noticed that’s she was using her gloved hand to pack the cone with ice cream rather aggressively. So I asked her if that glove was clean as I never seen anyone actually touch the ice cream to pack it in the cone with their fingers. I also didn’t observe if she had put it on before serving or if she was wearing it when she was cleaning. She told me it was clean so I accepted the ice cream , but I really wish I wouldn’t have. I was trying to respect their time by ordering fast and get out of their way because I was feeling like I was bothering them. As I was paying I glanced over and I see another employee giving me an irritated kind of look. Later, i also noticed that there was also a spray bottle of bleach cleaner on the counter and a strong smell of bleach.
If you don’t want to serve customers 10 min before closing just flip your sign to
Close or you could have said you’re closed when I asked.
Isn’t the point to have a business to attract customers and make them want to return?
Not this one.

Came in for lunch. Had a latte and turkey Ruben sandwich, excellent. The space is a little crowded and the cow decor a little over the top but will go again

I love this place. coffee, food, & staff are amazing! we’ve gone here twice and I genuinely think it’s one of my favorite coffee shops in hsv. I will say my only complaint is no changing stations in either restroom! we had an emergency baby moment and had to change him on the floor which we had a travel one, but still! other than that, great place just not meant for possible baby changing moments!

What a sweet little coffee shop. It's located right in the heart of downtown behind the children's museum. There are only a few tables but we were able to score one for my chicken and berry salad and my daughter's side of mac and cheese. Both items were really tasty and fresh. They have a great selection of coffee, alternative milks (almond, oat, soy, etc. ) and tons of sugar free syrups. For dessert my daughter had a little cup of ice cream with sprinkles. I had a very generous slice of cinnamon roll bread pudding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
