I'm disappointed in the fact that EID customers are having to pay so much to gain access to Jenkinson Resvoir for day use. They want to charge per car, per kayak, and per paddle board. But when the Caldor fire evacuation happened and I was evacuated, my water was left on when we were loading and had an $1100.00 water bill and they would not work with us in any way.

Why is my sewer bill $89 for a billing cycle of 16 days? I was at the house for three days and I maybe washed my hands a few times? I haven’t even moved in yet. I am absolutely horrified.

UPDATE: Month two… bill is over $200 dollars and my unit of usage was 1 (~$3) which consisted of five showers. Something needs to be done about this company.

Today, I discovered that I had no water pressure. I called EID, and they told me that they had a planned water outage so they could repair a pipe. I recieved no call informing me of the planned outage...though they claimed that they had called. I spoke with both my neighbors, and they stated that they had not received a call either. Had I received a call, I would have filled some buckets with water so I could flush my toilet and wash my hands. I'm giving EID one star, because of this. Do better EID!

Tried to go to Jenkinson lake with my puppy and they wanted to charge us $15 to park and another $5 to bring a pet. Cited that it was privately owned and my dog couldn't actually go in the water. Owned by the bureau of reclamation which we pay taxes for so that was a low never go there again.

I, too, had an outrageous bill, $1000.00. The customer service was rude and no help. They were not willing to understand this was not possible. My neighbor also had such a large bill for the same billing cycle. I am waiting for other neighbors to get their bills so I can see if they are high, as well. Something is not right!! But EID is not willing to look into it.

Their online autopay system is a joke. They shut our water off without even sending a proper notice making sure that we know they are going to shut our water off. The reconnecting charge is $120. The lady works at billing department has really bad attitude. She hangs out on the customer.... They need a major change and improvement!

EID is a criminal organization The product is overpriced and service almost non-existent. They continue to pile junk fees on invoices even after the courts and regulatory agencies have ruled these fees illegal. Do not pay them!
