A family owned winery with great wine. The gentleman was extremely educated on the wine and made you feel like part of the winery. Excellent experience. Thank you. PS, their breadstick are amazing also. 🙂

Boutique winery with class and a very inviting personal touch. Many things about the venue and experience of the tasting was amazing. First, the wine was fabulous, especially the reds. There was nothing that failed to live up to expectations. Great story .... great personal family experience and amazing personality. Courtney and Kelly were very nice.. Kelly sat with us and talked about the history of the winery and we really enjoyed the time and experience. Definitely recommend Allora !

The whites are very good the reds are even better. Also, they have these wine glasses that they have created with a dimple in them to help aerate the wine. Very cool, I've never seen them before I think they are exclusive to them.

I have driven 4 sets of wine clients to Allora in the last three months from all over the USA including Puerto Rico. Unanimously they have reviewed the wines, the hosts and the ambiance as one of the best. They all ordered wines for home delivery and none have claimed to not receive them. Not one has experienced any of the issues described by the 'luck..' reviewer 4 weeks ago.

Its really unfortunate that I have to write a bad review. especially considering its a small family owned business. Although my birthday visit was pleasant, I was extremely disrespected by one of the sisters (employee) after calling to fix what I thought was a simple mistake. They used my credit card information from an individual wine purchase to pay for another persons transaction without confirming the authorization with me. When I called to ask about fixing this $754.00 transaction she disregarded it, raised her voice to yell as if I did something wrong and then she hung up the phone on me without resolving the issue. I've never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before from a business. My information was taken and illegally used. Absolutely unacceptable.

I also purchased a bottle of wine for my parents and it was never received or shipped. Things happen, I totally understand that. But when there is no responsibility taken and pure disrespect that is projected on to a customer that's simply trying to resolve an issue ...that just shows the character of their business. I strongly strongly would not recommend this winery. I visited a couple others in Napa that were super fun, beautiful vineyards, and most importantly honored the integrity of their business and treated their customers with respect.
