Jason was amazing to work with! We were first time home buyers and he always made himself available to show homes, answer questions and walk through the process. He was also very flexible and worked at the speed we were comfortable with never pressuring us to make an offer, but when we saw the home we know we wanted, he was able to put in the offer the same day. We always felt like Jason was on our side and always had our best interest in mind! We highly recommend working with him.

We came in touch with Jason while buying our first home, I sincerely feel it was our best choice.
He made the process pretty smooth and have been educating us though out the search & closing process.
There were times when he stopped us from doing a overbid and convinced us on why he is not in favor of it.

We first met Jason through a Zoom meeting online. We were very early in our search and Jason took the time to walk us through what to expect throughout the buying process and set us up for success before we found "the one". He set up a Zoom meeting, walked us through each step of the process, connected us with a great lender/contractor and answered all our questions. Although we were competing for homes in a very tough market, Jason helped us secure it before the offer deadline avoiding a bidding war and thus saving us money.
