Quick and Efficient, I had an appointment for drop n hook at 0900. Arrived at midnight, gave them a call to see if the load is ready and they said come at 0430. There is parking, I advise in the suicide lane.

I called at 0430 to see if my load is actually ready, come to find out it was ready to be picked up.

Sign for my papers, simple no hassle, no rudeness. Then I was on my way.

When entering left lane is for picking up,
Right lane for delivering.

There is restroom and vending machine.

The black gate next to this place entrance is the receiving dock doors.

2nd Time Here: I arrived a day early for my 0600 appointment delivery, turned me away at 0900 because they were too busy and said to come back tomorrow. I tried again at 1600 with a different yard dog and he said I could drop off my load. Went to their other side docking area to drop and pick up a empty.

Drop n hook. Waiting about 3 at the right lane. Someone come to check me in. Guided me to back from the street to drop trailer to gate 1. Then back to gate2 left lane to pickup empty. After all everyone is helpful.

From what I read in the reviews, I was expecting to have a bad experience here but it wasn't bad at all. My load was supposed to be a drop and hook but they didn't have any empties so it turned into a live load. Was in and out in about an hour and a half max. Got there at 11am.

They open shipping after @9pm if your appt time is @9:10 pm and even you are 1st in line. You will not consider on time. They will mark you late because they don't want to pay detention on there fault to check you in late. So Don't waste your time here. I was the 1st person awaiting from 8 pm . They started check IN after 9:10pm....and get loaded by 3:am shame on you guys.

Appt was 1930. Got there at 1900. The yard driver, Pablo, was nice. But if you are delivering.. stay on your truck at the gate. The yard guy will come for you. This was confusing cause normally you expect the guard shack person to come to you. With no one in the guard shack, i thought "well, theres an intercom at the gate, i will go to that". Wrong! Just wait. Even if there are drivers behind you. A yard driver will come. Pablo smiled and got me out asap. Thanks!

First and last time coming to this PoS of place THIS IS THE SECOND APPOINTMENT I got and their never at the gate!!!! I run out of hours bc the wait n now I'm supposed to wait extra 10 hrs. NOT FAIR.

The men who check you during guard shack
Except them, the rest of the staff
It is very poor and inferior
I think your appointment doesn't even matter here
They have nothing to do with the company or business they work for the company and not the company work for them them
You have no right to make someone wait six to eight hours and say you can go if you want? I politely asked him how long I would have to wait and he told me if you want to go you can leave, do you think that makes sense?

Eight or nine hours later, when I went to the office to collect the paper, there was no one there
I called but got no answer so when I went back to my truck the guy who worked in the office was walking in the yard. trust me if he delayed the load for loading hundred percent it’s overweight and he said our scale is no work so go to the cat scale station. And you don’t have any options that time.
