VERY tight . The people I met were great people. Loading was fast, paperwork was quick. Took about hour and half to load. If it weren't for the issues of backing in,it would have been great.

I had very bad day with my experience driving for 3-4 yrs now unfortunately the facility is too small to deliver or pick up. Another problem is on docking door 8 don’t use believe me it’s very tight and your trailer will hit the pole when leaving cuz no enough room. Good thing they have trailer repair behind the building ‏the hinges of the trailer door it’s self with the labor is $ 400-500 believe me or not. They know the docks are too tight to get in there u knowing also will break the trailer door. I was so upset when I got loaded and knocked off the door. THEY KNOW THIS PROBLEM BEEN HAPPENING WITH ALL DRIVERS PELSE BE AWARE OF THAT. The good news they load you very fast. If I could give this place No STAR, I would . I’ll never go back again.

My family has been using them for over 60 years.
It's unfortunate that all of the negative reviews here are from disgruntled truck drivers, these reviews have nothing to do with their products.

Took long time to loading typically 3 to 4 hrs altlest they stop checking in 9pm I gave them 2 starts cause they bathroom atlest

very very slowly to load, they make appointments for many trucks and they do not have the capacity or organization to be able to load them on time, more than 7 hours waiting to load, they do not care about the driver's time and the distance he is going to drive leaving at 10 pm from over there. Don't waste your time going to this place.

I visited the factory office because I couldn't find one of the products. The office observes covid rules. The place is clean and well kept up. The personnel Eva and the secretary I met were efficient and very courteous. I gave my email address so they could contact to find the single product i was looking for. I highly recommend their products.
