Love visiting here! It is a beautiful, spacious building. The boutique is so fun to look at and to buy gifts from. It also is a great place to visit for their wine bar. They have a great wine selection and variety for any preference. Very relaxed, cozy, quiet atmosphere. They also have bands playing you can come listen to. Friendly service.

Really a nice addition to the downtown square. Enter and you encounter a quaint boutique at the front. Walking towards the back you find a nice wine bar. Up a nice staircase and you find a large open room with plenty of seating and we were treated with live music.

We were able to finally visit First and Third during a trip home to Central Illinois. The place is truly special! Amazing home decor and clothing options…but the wine bar was our favorite! The history of the building fills the space with beauty and nostalgia, and I love that it’s a place where the community can come together! We also attended our nieces wedding here while we were home, and the event space is spectacular! If you’re planning a visit, add this to your list!

I had such a great experience at 1st and 3rd when I came in a few weeks ago. Liz was so helpful in helping me pick out a few items for my wife from their great assortment of clothing and home decorations. It was all really great, unique goods.

Also, the venue was so cool, they have an awesome wine and craft beer selection in the back area where lots of people were hanging out enjoying a Friday afternoon.

I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area and can’t speak highly enough about it!

This incredible boutique and wine bar manages to celebrate its small town roots and transcend them at the same time! Great quality clothing and gifts, incredibly blessed wines, and staff that makes everyone feel at home. From cozy places to sit and visit to amazing views…this is well worth the trip to Petersburg.
